How Does The Fundraiser Work?

This fundraising program couldn't be easier, your organization sells the T-Shirts then places one big order at the end of the fundraiser. We recommend you order ahead of time some t-shirts to display the different sizes. People can see & feel the quality of the shirts they're likely to order. We will bill you the lowest discounted price for the demo T-Shirts.

How Long Do The Fundraisers Typically Last?

Fundraisers typically run 2 weeks. If you extend it to a 3rd week, you'll make significantly more money.

How Much Money Can Be Raised With This Fundraiser?

This totally depends on how many T-Shirts you sell. You can earn from $4.00 to $11.00 per T-Shirt.

What Is The Cost Of The Shirts & Accessories?

Your cost depends upon how many T-Shirts you order. Remember, you do not pay for the T-Shirts until you order them. Your cost will be $9 to $16 per T-Shirt including shipping. Remember, you have already collected the money from your customers.

Can We Get T-Shirts On A Consignment Basis?

We are not able to release t-shirts or any products on a consignment basis.

How Do We Collect The Money?

We provide you an order form for your customers and a Grand Total Order Form to place your order.

Can We Add Our Church Name Or Group Name To The T-Shirts?

You sure can. For personalization, we charge a one-time $80 set-up fee in addition to .50 for each t-shirt that gets personalized.

How Long Does It Take To Receive The T-shirts?

It generally takes 2-3 weeks to process and have your order packed and placed in the mail.
